The front desk made it easy for us to attend a concert, and the bathroom in our room was fantastic - with a spacious shower! We also appreciated the convenient location near the bus station. The discount we received and the free minibar were nice touches from the attentive staff. we would recommend this hotel for its great service and amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room wasnice and neat, with a kettle and a selection of coffee and teas. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including pretzels, croissants, and plum jam. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel like special guests. The location of the hotel was convenient, right in the city center and in front of a bus station. We could easily take the bus to the city center and visit all the tourist attractions inside the Ring.

This place is situated in a quiet area of the city, but with near-perfect public transport links here. The staff went above and beyond to assist me and have been more than helpful and understanding. They even surprised me with a nice gesture when I told them about my proposal to my girlfriend during our stay. The room amenities were great with soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and great toiletries to make for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the welcome drink was a nice touch, and the bar/lounge area provided a pleasant place to relax.
This hotel is highly recommended for families due to its great facilities and services.

As a tourist, I loved the spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. The receptionist, Mr. Aladin Wazwaz, was extremely efficient in solving any doubts or issues we had, making our stay extremely comfortable. The staff were super friendly and supportive, and the location of the hotel was convenient and accessible to main attractions. The modern bedrooms and bathroom had good views as requested, and the staff even printed our boarding passes without any trouble.
